Three governments, one city
The Tricity is unusual: Chandigarh is a Union Territory, Mohali is in Punjab and Panchkula is in Haryana. Each has its own startup policy, and each looks at where your startup is registered, not where you live:
- Chandigarh: the Chandigarh Start-up Policy 2025 offers grants of up to ₹7 lakh at the seed stage and ₹12 lakh at early growth, for startups registered in Chandigarh or GST-registered there (Chandigarh policy).
- Haryana: a seed grant of up to ₹10 lakh for startups with their registered office in Haryana (Haryana scheme).
- Punjab: incentives through Startup Punjab, under a new industrial policy notified on 8 March 2026 (notification).

What we won’t do
We don’t guarantee grants, loans, incubator seats or investment. We are not a CA, company secretary or law firm, and we don’t file your incorporation, GST or DPIIT application; your CA does that, with our documents in hand. We charge a fixed fee for defined work and take no percentage of anything you raise.

Yes. We are in Sector 74, Mohali, and meet founders in person across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Founders elsewhere in India work with us online.
How much does a startup consultant in the Tricity cost at LABH?
The first 25-minute call is free. The Startup Diagnostic costs ₹4,999 + GST and takes one week. The six-week Startup Launch Program costs ₹45,000 + GST, paid 50% to begin and 50% before week four. There are no success fees.
Which state’s startup policy applies to me if I work in the Tricity?
The one where your startup is registered. Chandigarh’s policy needs registration or GST registration in Chandigarh; Haryana’s needs a registered office in Haryana; Punjab registers startups through its own portal. Living or working in a city is not enough.
Can you get my startup into an incubator?
We can tell you which incubators fit your sector and stage and prepare the documents they ask for. Selection is decided by each incubator’s committee, and we don’t represent any of them.
