The Startup Diagnostic is LABH Advisory’s one-week assessment for early-stage founders. You answer about 40 questions and show the evidence behind your answers. We score your startup out of 100 across nine dimensions, write a five-page report, and go through it with you on a 45-minute call with Saksham Agarwal. It costs ₹4,999 + GST and ends with an honest recommendation, including “don’t” when that is the answer.

Can I do the Diagnostic online?
Yes. LABH Advisory works online with founders anywhere in India and meets founders in person across Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula.
Does a good score guarantee funding?
No. Grants, incubator seats and investments are decided by committees and investors. The score shows how ready you are and what is holding you back; it promises nothing.
