Startup Launch Program: six weeks from idea to funding-ready
The LABH Startup Launch Program takes an early-stage idea to a documented, incorporable, grant-eligible and pitch-ready business in six weeks. You get six one-to-one working sessions with Saksham Agarwal and nine documents, ending in the LABH Startup Blueprint, printed and bound, and a 90-day plan. It costs ₹45,000 + GST, paid 50% to begin and 50% before week four, with no success fees.
Week by week
Every week ends in a document. If a session doesn’t produce something you can hold, read and hand to someone else, it didn’t happen.
| Week | Focus | You leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Discover | Is there a real problem, a real customer, and are you the right person to solve it? | Startup Opportunity Assessment |
| 2 · Validate | Five real customer conversations, revenue model, pricing, bottom-up market size. The week that most often changes the business. | Business Model Report |
| 3 · Innovate | What is new, and can it be defended? Written in the language assessors use. | Innovation & Differentiation Statement |
| 4 · Structure | Entity, founders, DPIIT readiness, compliance, and the decisions most founders make by accident. | Structure & Compliance Roadmap |
| 5 · Fund | Central schemes, your state’s schemes, incubators, angels, debt. Each scored for fit and checked against its official source. | Funding Opportunity Map |
| 6 · Execute | Pitch narrative, financial assumptions, the funding ask, and a 90-day plan with dates on it. Then we score you again. | LABH Startup Blueprint |
The nine documents
- Startup Opportunity Assessment
- Business Model Report
- Innovation & Differentiation Statement
- Structure & Compliance Roadmap
- Funding Opportunity Map, checked against official sources for your state
- Pitch deck content
- Financial assumptions
- A 90-day plan with dates
- The LABH Startup Blueprint, printed and bound
You also get your Readiness Score at the start and at the end, so you can see what moved.
How it runs
- Every session is with Saksham. No account manager, no handover to a junior.
- About twenty-five hours of structured work sits behind six hours of calls. You are not buying the calls.
- In person or online. In person across Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula; online for founders anywhere in India.
- Not sure yet? Start with the one-week Startup Diagnostic.
What it is not
We don’t guarantee grants, loans, incubator seats or investment. LABH is not a CA, company secretary or law firm, and we don’t file your incorporation, GST or DPIIT application; your CA does that, with our documents in hand. A fixed fee for defined work, whatever the outcome.
